The Pixies

The Pixies are one of my fav. bands- I just absolutley love them and their unique individuality. What do you think? And how about Kim Deals band The Breeders? They are damn groovy!

the pixies are great! i was into them along time ago, but kind of got burnt out on them...i love surfer rosa and doolittle. great great great great great albums

 

Monkey Gone To Heaven is my favorite. I also like Here Comes Your Man. Mates Of State remind me of them a little bit.

 

not a big enough fan of the breeders to have a favourite song, but my favourite pixies songs are here comes your man, wave of mutilation and gigantic!

 

yeah, dont really know the breeders well enough but as for the pixies - here comes your man and where is my mind are two fantastic songs - even though where is my mind has been so overplayed since fight club, i still adore it.

 

the Breeders had 2 huge hits in 93 with the singles "Canonball" & "Divine Hammer" which made the top 40's all around the world

saw the Pixies at a festival this summer and they were awesome,even the "noisy" songs that i used to dislike were great :sunglasse

Gouge Away, great song. And yeah the Pixies make music look so easy.

 

I'm not a big fan of the pixies but everyone else seems to like them so they must be doing something right lol

 

I was just listening to some Pixies yesterday, and I forgot how great they are.

My favorite Pixies song is probably...I don't know, All Over the World from Bossanova? Or maybe I've Been Tired, Levitate Me, or Ed Is Dead from Come On Pilgrim. As far as the Breeders, I'm partial to Oh! from Pod.

I'm not that into the Pixies. I prefer the Breeders.

whenever i hear the pixies, it reminds me of the shins for some reason, im not sure why but oh well.

I love the album Come on Pilgrum, and also Surfer Rosa (mostly cuz of the boobie on the cover)
