    man being high is felling it but but being stoned is like crazy feeling it.

    being high includes:
    minor tingling
    cotton mouth
    calmness
    minor munchies

    being stoned includes:
    major tingling
    white cotton mouth
    abcence of mind
    giggling
    everythingis funny
    bloodshot eyes
    major munchies
