the ubiquitous weather thread..

Another rainy day here and its supposed to turn off cool again here after today. should be down in the low 50's here tomorrow night which is very unusual for this time of year..

we type at a guy who lives in the mountains of western maryland in a high valley and he has been getting lows in the 30's still.

no true summer to speak of so far this year for any of us in the Appalachians i dont believe.. not that i am complaining..

whats the weekend forecast in your area?

ours is sunny, low humidity (for us that means under 40% ) with highs in the upper 70's and lows in the low to mid 50's..

 

it has been upper 90's for the last 2 weeks and this weekend is triple digits everyday...

 

It's supposed to rain, thunder and be crazy windy all weekend. Yay.

I was driving on the motorway earlier and at one point the rain was coming down so hard all the cars had to pull over and stop for a while coz you couldn't see a thing.. And right now, it's only 4pm but outside it looks like night time as the sky is so dark.

 

Has RT resorted to discussing weather?

At this moment, 5:08 PM where I reside, it's a comfortable 74 degrees with a 63% humidity. It's raining, but the sun is peeking through the clouds now. We had a pretty impressive downpour for a while.

It's supposed to be around 55 degrees tonight with a 50% chance of more rain, thunderstorms early on. Comfortable sleeping weather. The last two nights have been pretty hot and humid and our upstairs gets pretty heated. Haven't turn the central air on yet this summer.

 

This weekend looks sunny and really hot with a high chance of bullshit.
