The Yardbirds!!!!!!!!

I can't get over it. They've got to be one of the greatest bands of all time. They've turned me on to a whole new world of amazing music, got me over hair metal a little (but only a little =]) They are fantastic!!! Baby Please Don't Go, I'm A Man and Boom Boom are my favorites.

 

stroll on from Blowup movie is such great. the scene with the performing band when Jeff Beck smash the guitar on the ground is pretty good

 

I love Roger The Engineer. Jeff Beck really came into his own.

 

Gotta dig the yarbirds... I cant even pick a fave tune! Great stuff, great players, whats not to like?

Absolutely love them! Besides For your love and Boom Boom I also dig Heartful of soul, Train kept a rollin, I ain't got you and Take it easy baby from them. Ah well, can't pick one neither
I also have a version of Dazed & confused by them, it's on the Cumular limit 1 album. They're tune Still I'm sad doesn't do much to me, but check out what Richie Blackmore's Rainbow did with it, fantastic version!

Nope, first Clapton, then Beck and then came Jimmy Page. Beck and Page did play together though.
