I met a guy through a program called Mock Trial, one of the dorkier extracurricular activities one may choose to participate in. Other MT members introduced me to him and many other people, and we've all been talking online since then....last november I believe. Anyway. I've been talking to this one guy a lot more recently, and I have a crush on him. He's already told me he has one on me. He is nice, nice, sweet, funny, and dorky, but so am I, so it works. BUT.... I met him while he was on competition....he actually lives permanantly in rural New York, almost 4 hours from my hometown. AND...he is 21 (22 in November), while I am 17. I dont want or expect a relationship from any of this...but I do feel I am liking him more all the time, and I don't know if this is weird, or wrong, or if there is any way this can turn out well. Is it possible to have these kind of feelings and....I don't know...just not eventually feel sad or lonely about them? Is there any way this can be kept light?
