Are two Gods better than one?

    Wouldn't two be better?

Wouldn't it make sense that there are two rather than one?

One God doesn't make sense to me. Why? Because offspring wouldn't need the opposite sex to be born. Offspring would come naturally automatically of matured males if that one God is assumed a he.

    So I say...

One would be femanin and became the first female, the other would be mascaline and became the first male.

Now you have got me thinking :)

Thats very true, if one is made in Gods image, then why would females exist? There must be a starting point, a "blueprint" so to speak, where the feminine soul was created. Unless God, The Source whatever your name for the creator, was both? Or neither?

I believe The Blessed Virgin is played down a lot by the Catholic Church because of the same reason that they do not allow female priests. Woman arent as good as, as powerful, as worthy as men, so therefore God must be male. The Blessed Virgin gave birth to Christ...He wouldnt have been on Earth without The Blessed Virgin. Her part in that was just as important as Gods role, if not more so.

I know in many pagan traditiins women feature highly. The moon is female of course and She has immense power.

So, i think you could be right. Good topic! :D

ELOAH – Translated God. It appears over fifty times in the Scriptures. It is mainly used in reference to YHWH. It has the feminine ending “ah” and should be translated Goddess.

The old testament God is definitely a dick.

A frustrated hateful prick with nothing to fuck with but humans.

The only thing the biblical God and the one I believe in have in common is that God created the universe.

what makes sense is not to pretend to know what is not known, but to love that not everything is or can be.
