i had this dream again last night, making it the third time this month. i'm in this really fancy restaurant in an old brick building in the middle of a big parking lot. it looks like it should be a big shopping center, but all of the buildings are gone. anyway, i'm eating dinner when this woman comes over to me and gives me a baby. so for a while i try to eat dinner and feed and play with the baby, but then i just put it on the floor and he crawls away. then i hear a thunderstorm starting so i go outside (i love thunderstorms haha). i run over to my car, which is at the opposite side of the parking lot. all of the cars look like regular cars but they're realy tiny. this kid in a blue car pulls in front of me while im walking and flips his car. all of a sudden, it seems like this whole car gang comes and they park in a circle around the kid. i was scared shitless for some reason, even though nothing really happened. so i start walking back to the restaurant and this nutty guy starts screaming at me telling me how im a bimbo and i have no idea how to live in a town like his. i just ignored him but he kept yelling and saying that anyone who drives a green car (like i did) should drive to new mexico because they'd be more welcome there. ??? haha i kept ignoring him and i just got in my car and drove home. by the time i got to my house the thunderstorm had turned into a tornado. so i closed all the blinds and i started watching tv (which i never do). the tornado was making some weird sounds so i opened the blinds. the tornado was right at my window and it had the face of a ninja turtle. i kept trying to take pictures of it but it would disappear with the flash. so i laughed and it went back into the sky and the storm was over. then all these little bright blue and orange jelly fish and bubbles were flying around and there were three doo wop ladies tanning in my yard. it's such a random dream, but so vivid. any ideas about why i might be having this dream??
anime? (or rather an opening of your terms of perception to diversity that exists but is rarely depicted in media outside of anime, and not any more nearly enough in it either) perhapse you know someone who has recently crossed over to the nontangible, or you've been befriended by some one, there.
For our entertainment? That was such a vivid description of obvious disconnected dream sequences that I almost felt like I was in it with you and it made sense somehow. Haven't a clue what triggered all those thoughts - it was your personal trip, but thanx for the tour.
themnax- can't really think of anyone, but maybe Shale- glad you were entertainted haha. everytime i've had the dream its been identical to the one before it, so i have a pretty vivid memory of what it was. hmmm i0-techno- i never watch tv. hahaha. maybe this is my brain's form of giving me some entertainment
wildchild I think the dream is split into past/present/future. No real sign to that, intuition on my part. It could be in the order Eating is related to how you nourish yourself. Not sure this will fit into the dream, but I would say someone has (in the past) presented you with an oppurtunity for personal growth and development (the baby). You fed and entertained this idea for a while but put it down and 'let it go'. Shopping centres are where we get our needs / desires from. A clue might be that there is no buildings. Oh, the baby could also refer to actually starting a family. The next segment, possibly related to what is happening presently at the moment. Is there something you would describe as a 'storm' in your life. I think the key "I am scared shitless for some reason - even though nothing has happened" could be a good clue as to what the dream is referencing. The blue car - something sad / depressing? It has flipped and there is a lot of focus around it. The man abusing you verbally. Calling you a 'bimbo' - is that a reflection on how you feel about yourself? People driving a green car (jealousy? Or possibly personal growth.) outh to go to New Mexico. I am not from the US so I don't know what New Mexico would represent. If you can piece that together might help understand the dream. The final segment could be a projection of what will happen should this issue continue unaltered. The storm gains momentum to a destructive cyclone, which you shut yourself away from (closing all the blinds). You can't escape from it this way, it will make noise and you will peer out at it. Again another probable clue is the ninja turtle. Martial arts? Could be a metaphor for how you protect yourself, hiding in a shell (same as closing the blinds) then leaping out and kicking butt - passive aggressive. You can't 'picture' it. Because of the lightning? Flashes of anger? Not sure. Something you laugh off? sky blue is usually a symbol of conscious awareness. Orange could be aggressiveness. Awareness of aggressiveness? Jellyfish, could it be a symbol of nervousness / quivering? Bubbles are a symbol of childhood toys / merriment... Piecing together all of this may be tough. What do you make of all that info thus far? Does it mean anything to your outer life?
