My cousins daughter just had a baby boy and she didn't even know she was pregnaunt. She went to the hospital thinking it was something else. How can a woman go all that time and not know she is pregnaunt. Here she is 18 and has her graduation party this weekend. This is just like totally unbeliveable.

    I say DENIAL.

A baby feels like an alien trying to get out through your belly button....unless this girl weighed 500lbs...she knew, but convinced herself otherwise.

ya, it boggles my mind when i hear women who have no idea they are pregnant until they are ready to pop the damn thing out. It's like, "no, my period always goes away for 9 months at a time, it's totally normal"

I've definitely heard of this happening, but from my pregnancy experiences, there is no way I wouldn't have known I was pregnant, or that someone wouldn't have noticed, because I definitely looked and felt pregnant!

yeah, usually such women are overweight. it is possible to continue your period, (light), but very unusual.
some women aren't regular though. but the other thing is the baby's movement--which really doesn't feel like "gas", but, well, like something kicking you from the inside

Yes, especially when they're all up in your rib cage! There is no way I would have mistaken that for gas! Or when my belly would move and you could actually see limbs/arms pushing against my skin!

my coworker was talking about this the other day. she said her mom didn't know she was pregnant until she was 7 months along, and that was because she got sick. she said she had her period throughout the whole thing, and carried him in the back until shortly after she found out, then she popped out one day and couldn't fit in any of her clothes. i also heard of this on some talk show when i was younger... the baby popped out of her when she was in the bathroom at a dance, never showed, spotted, was able to go jogging.... it's soooo weird though, i'd like to hear first hand experiences of girls who did not feel or look pregnant the entire 9 months.
