until a few months ago i honestly thought a carpenter was someone who lays carpet. to make matters worse, my dad used to own a carpet store, and he would sometimes lay carpet himself. all these years i thought he was a carpenter. he realized my idiocy a few months ago when i insisted that he was wrong, and carpenters do in fact lay carpet, and that he used to be a carpenter. he looked at me like i was a drooling retard.
Well, if yer look at the word carpenter i guess kinda makes sense to think that.....might be time to invest in a good dictionary tho'.....
