"2C-I is contraindicated in people with certain thyroid conditions, particularly Grave's disease; its structural similarity to the thyroid hormone thyroxine might cause it to concentrate in the thyroid or affect it. From anecdotes, it would seem that 2C-I has the potential to affect thyroid function in healthy individuals as well." - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2c-i I just found this while browsing wikipedia, and I thought it was pretty interesting, however there is no source to prove this statement. Does anyone know of a study proving the above?
a friend (from which i learned about RCs from, starting with 2c-i) told me about one year when he had this huge ball growing in his neck and had to stop doing drugs. then it went away. maybe thats the same thing, but im not sure at all. this thread just reminded me of it.
We don't know anything for sure, but I believe I read some chemist BLers making an educated guess that it would be almost impossible to become a free radical and become dangerous to the Thyroid. That, and I've never seen anything to back that up, and I'll leave you with a Michael Scott quote. "Wikipedia is the best thing ever. Anyone in the world can write anything they want about any subject, so you know you are getting the best possible information. "
