I'm home alone right now, hubby had a dentist appointment...

 

i've a headache.

 

it's terrible how when u have a headache (or some other part of your body hurting) u can't remember how it felt when nothing was hurting in your body. u know?

maybe it's just me though. i'm really soft and oversensitive to pain, so when i hurt the entire world SUCKS.

 

it's not just you.. lol

i am no good with pain

it's sort of like a migraine as well so although i know it'll pass

just whilst it's here it has really stopped me in my tracks

 

I don't remember "no pain"

 

drink a big bottle of water. Its good for making headaches go away. Or put ice on your neck.

today at work the school nurse came in one of my classes to talk to the students about the "addiction to screens". It was really interesting, especially considering my students are teens who have pretty much always known cellphones/the internet/ etc. Anyway the nurse was saying how no screen should be allowed in a bedroom, as a bedroom is only made for resting and sleeping. I felt guilty cuz in my bedroom i often have both the tv and the computer on. and i text at the same time.
