Ive had my dreads for about 5ish months now and need a way to tie them up.

I work in the NHS (hosptial) and they require that they are not touching your back.

Ive had a a complaint from a superintendent already, so I really need to find something by january i was thinking about a hairnet, but i really cant find one large enough.

I just wondered if anyone else is in my position with dreads to just below their back that are too thick to go in a bun.

    Thanks!

Put it in a Tam. Maybe, a really colorful one so it might brighten up your patients day. xD

what about a loose scrubs hat thingy they wear in surgery. Also play the religion card and tell them to fuck off.

I might get one anyway, just for out and about, since none of my hats fit me anymore.

Ill have a look and I cba to make up a lot of tosh to just to keep my hair out, I can see their point, they look messy.

I found some decent hair nets on ebay for anyone interested.

I've worked with someone who had these strong thick fishnet looking hairnet. It looked so durable and I'm sure it'll help.
I don't know how long your hair is, if it's long enough you could put it into a bun using a skinny elastic headband and/or by using those big ass hair clips.
