Tihkal/Pihkal

I've always pronounced these marvelous works of art as "tickle" and "pickle." Anyone else see that or am I just being stupid?

 

Nice idea, if you are in a situation, where you can´t speak free...

 

Btw: I once heard, that in the late 90s, authorities in at least 4 states of the USA (Minnesota, Alabama, Florida and a 4th I can´t remember) planned a law initiative, that should allow them to track the buyers of these two books. Their logic was: whoever bought these books must have sth to do with illegal drugs. So the possesion of either of the 2 books should become a reason for a search warrant. Fortunatly, this never happened.
I don´t know if this story is true, but regarding the paranioa of DEA and related authorities, I very much believe, that it is...

This came up on a board once (bluelight?) and I'm pretty sure it's Pee-cal and tee-cal.
