It looks like the computer mouse will soon be obsolete. Time to get with the new technology for controlling your computers and other devices.

Leap Motion has developed a new device and software that will allow you to control your computer with gesture control, much like Wii and Xbox do. However this technology is far more precise than any game box can deliver.

See the video to get an idea of what is coming soon. You can even order one of these in advance for $70. Bye, bye rodents!

Nice. But I bet you need a keyboard and mouse to program all those gestures. :D

Not me. I'd end up paying more for the hard to find mice. =P
I've always found that it's much easier to control things via mouse and keyboard; and I've always wondered why they are always trying to improve on perfection. (And to the contrary, at the same time, why QWERTY is still standard..)

I'm just starting to get used to using a computer and a mouse. Now I will have to start all over and figure that thing out, I'm with Tyrson at the back of the line on the Leap thing. Maybe when this mouse breaks.:)

Looks cool. Reminds me o the Computers on Minority Report. Seems like your arms would get tired though, for those that spend a lot of time at the computer.
