I'm wondering if anyone can tell me when you get the most benefit from working out. Morning or night? I'm going to start training for kickboxing in February, but i want to start whippin myself into shape before that and am wondering which would be better for me to train in. in the morning or the night? which would give me better results for fat burning, and strength training? Thanks
there is no set time for anyone....you have to decide when you want to train and be consistant with the training. some like training in the morning, some like training in the evening, while some are forced to train in the morning when they would rather train at night. find the time you feel that you can put 100% into your training that day and go for that time, otherwise you're just gonna waste your time worrying about stupid shit when you could be training.
