so i've been anti perspirant free for about a week now and i was wondering what everyone else thought of this......I decided to do it because Anti perspirant doesn't sound healthy to me, So your build up of perspiration builds up inside you? Doesn't sound healthy to me.....then I read this article...

havent used anti perspiration for years!!! ,, Figure out body sweats to get rid of Filth.. not letting body get rid iof filth leads to staph infections.. Not using anti perspiration havent had STAPH since. I worked in a hospital also and them fucking germs do not play once they get in you.. One case of staph Im still revovering from due to the fact it ate muscle. and skin tissue (flesh eating bacteria..

staph cause me more bodily harm than the war in iraq btw..

you should drink plenty water, green teas, clean socks...
soak feet in vinegar, or strong tea (liptons will be fine..
If I can recall, i had more foot sweat when coating my under arms with anti perspiration..
my mom used to send me deoderants and shit in care packs, while in Iraq, deodorant are useless.. All you do is sweat. So I got to thinking if I didnt use this shit when there sweating my ass off. Why use it at home when I sweat less.

Theres something about gelatin you can use for your feet also..

Jell-O. Soak your feet in lemon or lime Jell-O. Mix Jell-O with hot water. Add cold water to get a nice warm footbath. Soak feet in Jell-O until the Jell-O begins to "set". Wash feet with warm soapy water and rinse. Dry thoroughly.

Apple Cider. Soak your feet several times a week with natural apple cider. Remember to dry your feet thoroughly after soaking..

Ive never tried these, but I would giving if I had to..

I don't use deodorant or antiperspirant, and haven't in years. I used to use it, but would forget a few times and week and never smelled or sweated much so then one day I just stopped using it and now I never do. I haven't had a problem or complaint so I must be doing something right :]

That's really interesting... It would be something I would be willing to try if I didn't have a job or was in school. I deal with too many people that I would worry about the first week or so of smelling badly. When I first hit puberty, I sweat a lot, so I had to wear heavy deodorant. I don't have to anymore, but I would be worried I'd get that again if I stopped wearing any at all.

I really don't sweat or smell that much, so I hardly ever use deodorants or anti -perspirants, especially in the winter. Now that its summer, I do have a natural deodorant that doesn't contain the aluminum, but it still has propylene glycol. Its just been so hot that I really don't want other people smelling me...
