Does anyone know if teenagers under the age of 18 can go inside tobacco shops with pipes and bongs......only go inside; i know they cant make purchases.
Nope... not even allowed in. Last year when I was driving on a speeding ticket and didn't have my license they wouldn't even let me into a head shop after I showed them my picture ID from my college that showed I was over 18.
Um, here you can.. You can in Gatlinburg, too. Usually the bongs are hidden in an 18 only spot in tobacco and hemp shops.
Haha that sucks. I live 5 mins. from a Native American reservation. There are countless smokeshops, and three headshops on the rez. You don't need ID to buy anything on the rez, because no police (aside from Marshalls) have jurisdiction there, it is a sovereign nation. I know all the kids go there to buy smokes and pipes, often times when I'm chillin in Wubs (a headshop my friends family owns), minors come in there and buy. Hell, they've even smoked us up for a 5$ discount haha.
A New Age shop (called Nu Image) in the Eastgate Mall does not ID at all, and pretty much all they sell their pipes / bongs to is minors.
I'm going with a 19 year old so maybe they will let me. But when they see my friend they will think he's a 10 year old. ha. maybe. I don't mind being told to leave though. We're going to buy my friend a bong tomorrow. I'll post pics.
