    i love big chunks of tofu in hot and sour soup. i like it in my stir fry. i really love the texture of it.

    Nay on it's own, too bland, Yay if flavoured a lot. More of a Quorn man myself when it comes to meat substitutes.

    I remember I tried it on its own, unseasoned and everything... I hated it for a while because of that haha

    Yay as long as it's at least seasoned, but better with other food if made right...

    Not overly sure actually, probably mycoprotein and such, pretty tasty though. Same texture as chicken (well, to look at anyway, probably not the best source on chicken texture having not touched the stuff in 12 years)
