Hey all, how often do you take a tolerance break and for how long? I hate to think I have to take a break but I think I'm at that point.... Just curious how long I should I guess! Thanks!!!!
I usually take a break when I don't feel well or I've over done it to where smoking no longer gets me high. A short break would be one day or whenever I feel better. A longer break would be 3 days. Most for me is a week and that usually due to a medical issue.
I've taken a month break before. Only because I just didn't feel like doing any. But when I picked it back up it felt quite different than the last time. It was more like the first time I tried weed.
