I gave my girlfriend oral for my first time last night after words my tongue hurts if I stick it out too far. I was thinking this is just the fact that my tongue isnt used to the workload it did last night. I had a great time and I'd like to do it more often but I'm less likely if I know my tongue is gonna hurt everytime. I was just wondering if this is normal
The first few times I did it,it was my jaw that was actually the part that started to stiffen, but I got the technique down and I can go at it for ages without any problems really. You gotta increase endurance.
yeah, its just cause you aren't used to using the muscles you use for oral in the way you use them for it..... one way to help increase endurance initially is to quite literally just sit down and lick the palm of your hand for 20 minute stretches. do it while watching tv, or a movie, listening to music, whatever, but just do it consistantly. if you practice using those muscles outside of the bedroom as well as in the bedroom you'll get used to it faster and build your endurance pretty rapidly. don't worry about it, if you get the opportunity to keep going down on her, you'll get used to it soon enough one way or another. don't ever give up on it, though!
