So, I had my tongue pierced, took it out, and now there's a bubble on the bottom of my tongue.
I've been told it's a little infected, so I've been rinsing with listerine everytime I smoke, and trying to take care of it.
    Any other recommendations?

I was told that was something I definitely shouldn't do. Apparently, when they pierced it, my piercer fucked it up, and if it went another millimeter to the left, it would have paralyzed my face, so I'm not really sure what to do about it. It is getting smaller, though.

thats a physical impossibility. there are no nerves in your tongue that you could damage to make you face paralized. also, its definitely not an infection, and youre right, you shouldnt pop it. its just something called hypertrophic scarring. its a slightly raised scar, and pretty common. it will go away over time.
