evening, so after the back of my head becoming loose again and after4 moths of my journey i had only 6 lil dreads i decided to brush em out.im guna wait till my hair is slightly longer and start over.im hoping that naxt time the lenght will b to my advantage as my lil dreadies wont fall out so fast.im guna stick around here cos i think you guys are fantastic. is there anyfing i could do next time i dont fink i done anyfing wrong just wi my hair being really fine its guna take that wee bit longer peace and love
oh your from Scotland! Im so jealous! I saw your pics...your hair looks a lot like mine. My hair is really fine and naturally oily...so its been a bitch maintaining patience! I waited a couple weeks for my hair to naturally section itself and then I backcombed some. The backcombed dreads have stuck pretty well. However, the back of my head is mostly natural [no backcombing]and they slip out every time I take a shower! My hair is pretty short as well....its almost shoulder length...so I understand your frustrations. If you decide to give it another go....you might want to think about backcombing. Your pics looked pretty good though!
for yout hair type and lenghth youd actualy been making faiorly good progress at 4 months its a shame u backstepped and took em out cause if u waited another 4 for em to grow a bit the prigress woulda been significantly more but ..u can wair awhile let it grow some and start over..with lil more length it will dread lil faster
my hair is sitting at the back of my neck but the sides r tad shorter,so guna let it grow dwn to shoulders n start again.was fiking if i got coils put in mite help it instead back combing again
