Ready for a logical paradox? Jogging will get you into shape. But then once your in shape, do you need to jog? I'm so confused.
I don't stress much at all, but I'd say that sleep is the best thing for when I'm feeling stressed. Weed also helps.
oh I love to cook, there is nothing more blissful then taking something and improving it by an order of magnitude....
i wish i liked cooking. i really do. i think it has something to do with having a small kitchen and trying to please my 3 kids
