In my backyard, seriously! I had the most beautiful trees and lake in my own backyard, it made up the little amount of other wilderness I've seen but I admit going up in the CO Rockies were almost as beautiful!
nice idea mine are: canadian rockies mountain pine ridge, belize peak district, england volcan tajumulco, guatemala ben nevis, scotland anywhere on the norwegian coastline in winter (that was 6... but.. )
Devon is pretty much wilderness, so I'm pretty lucky there. Also, rural places just outside kamatori/Sakura in Chiba Prefecture, Japan are very beautiful.
Different regions of Himalayas (Annapurna/Kashmir/Ladakh). Muang Sing area in north Laos along the Chinese border. Dartmoor, Exmoor (Devon lol) Bodmin Moor (Cornwall!?) New Forest (Wiltshire/Hampshire)
Denali National Park, Alaska. Mosquitia, Honduras. Volcano Pacaya, Guatemala. Negev Desert, Israel. Siberia, Russia. Very diverse.
