My two Chronic "moms" are getting rather tall, about 4' in the 3 gallon container.

I know that Chronic doesn't like being topped if it's actually going to flower, but does anyone have comments/suggestions about taking this height down a bit?
(Gosh, I was just wondering if I could clone the top foot? Wow!)

And while you're here... please mention if you've had a RECENT seed purchase with excellent, heavy-resin, powerful results. As U2 says, "I still haven't found what I'm looking for".

    TKS...

Any plant thats being mothered needs to be maintained, so absolutly top the plant. Most cuttings I take are between 6-10" so I guess ya mite be able to clone a 12" top. Try goin with 6"-10" cuttings tho.

Yep a good old fashion topping wats called 4. If it helps I've taken a branch and gotten 3 cutting by splitting it up but yeah 2 will be pre topped.

Thanks guys, this will be interesting. I've been having a damned hard time with this round of clones...as mentioned in other post...as they just seem to sit there too long (as opposed to earlier versions that made roots pretty quickly).

I'm also looking for better seeds as this Chronic just isn't "pegging the needle".

    :)
