   I was wondering how artists such as Alex Grey and Dennis Constantin get such a translucent effect with their work. J Garcia is another example.. Here a some links below so you can see what i mean..

   Sometimes its mixing it with water to kinda do a watercolor effect or sometimes its just blending the colors
