also-think your homestead farm project could be a liiiiittle cooler i mean you guys need people to mow lawns? whats with that lawn shit? let a forest grow and mow a few paths or some shit, *in mysterious god like voice*if you leave it, trees will come if you want i can give you awebsite, gives you 10 trees for 10 bucks with a membership and discount for all tree purchases to get you started, bet you guys gotta lotta baby trees comin up you could move and care for from the forest that probably wouldnt survive or live in harmony with all the other trees surrounding that area.....
or at least plant some bushes or flowers er some shit if your not gonna turn it into a herb garden er somethin. plant some invasive herb, mint, or make astrawberry patch, their perennials and it would last and their supposed to spread like wildfire, be a good source of income too probably pickin them all season.. and you guys dont even got any fruit trees!!!(least i dont think you do), those shoulda been 'projects' i woulda taken care of a long while ago if i were you guys... you guys could probably easily grow all or at leas most of your own food with that chunk of land you got there if you used it efficiently and got down to it and learned some shit and stopped eating store bought animals.
