First of i'm not talking about dosing an animal but an animal sensing the energy that is flowing out of you, and wanting to hang around you. on my most recent acid trip i took two hits in the am and i am house sitting so there are a few cats and two dogs that im taking care of. as i start to peak this one cat jumps up on my chest and hung out there. she even came back hours later when i got home form my walk and slept on my chest but she has not done anything like that since. i thought that it was interesting and wanted to share.
Last time I tripped I was sitting in the middle of the floor in meditation position, just waiting for it to kick in, and all of a sudden the dog came in and sat right in front of me staring into my eyes and all around my head so curiously, like he knew something was up, I just kept looking at him and feeling it come on, he sat there the entire time just sniffing my face and looking around my head, I wonder what he was seeing The same time I walked down the street a little after my peak and all of the birds were following me in the street, and landing in front of me and as I kept walking the birds kept hopping and flying back up and landing in front following me, and this one deer was standing in the road ahead just staring at me, I even was able to walk about 5 feet away from it, which is unheard of in my area, and the moment I thought to communicate with it, it ran off. It was beautiful... I know for a fact they sense things that we don't, my love for animals grew tremendously.
expanding this to tripping with life in general, i find trees and other plants to be thrilling. they are like soft green fossils carved in gelatinous carbon swaying
My cat always seem to know if I was tripping, it'd become a massive attention whore and just keep rubbing up against me
Most dogs like me if I am tripping or not. That I find to be funny, especially when the owner is around yet they prefer to be around me.
second time i ever tripped i dosed HARD on some gel tabs and as soon as i realized we needed to talk to plants, i launched to infinity and beyond.
my dog gets really playful when im trippin. when im home i like a nice mellow trip, my pup always knows something is up and we can play for hours. same with my kitty. its pretty cool to see it all with a head full of whatever.
yea, I love playing with my dog when I trip. She is half hound half chow and the chow in her makes her very aggresive but since I'm her master by me just saying ow she'll stop attacking me. Its great, but of course, not every one has 25 acres of forestry in their backyard.
tripping with animals gives me a sort of confort ive always liked animals so when i trip an i dont feel right an theres an animal i just call it over or pick it up an i feel safe again when petting it
I was wondering this aswell. My cats seem to be much more comfortable with me when im tripping, although ive only tripped mescaline with them.
i remember one trip in colorado, i was sitting in a car in the middle of the night on a barren dirt road, after lying down for a few hours i opened my eyes and got out to urinate. whereupon i realized there was at least a hundred deer scattered in the field within at least 100 feet of me, surrounding the car, they all looked up at me at once. giving me the deer in the headlights look, the moon reflected their gaze to me. it was a very surreal moment. iv never seen so many deer at any one point either before or since.
One time I was tripping on shrooms, and slipping in and out of peaceful ego loss. I was trying to relate this to the people I was with, but doing a pretty poor job of it. I gave up, and looked my friends cat in the eye. The cat understood.
my dog typically avoids me when i am on mushrooms or weed. however, he is always more interested in me when i am tripping out on salvia. one time, he started trying to switch bodies with me. it was strange...
After my last acid trip, ive been having a major connection with not only with all animals, but mainly with dogs, i was either a dog in my past life or in my next life iam going to be, certain of this lol peace and love
People that have pets made me jealous Now I want to go out and get a puppy and Lol @ the deer experience, must have been nuts.
