and sleep patterns........... man me body clocks gone to pot for a while now " i feel knackerd some nights and think think ile go to bed "only to get up about two hours later ( just cannot seem to switch me mind off for some reason ) " dont think ive had a full eight hour kip for god knows how long ..........anyone else get like this ? is their any herbal stuff i can try out ?........cheers
Like to help but afraid I suffer a bit of it myself, next time your awake just remember there are other poor sods as well, dunno might help, I'll try the same.
Join the club. I didn't get a wink of sleep last night and now I have dark rings under my eyes. Tips: Lavender bath. lavender, not entirely useless plant. Grows where it wants. A rebel in the plant kingdom in my honest opinion. Take a cup of horlikes to help relax you after bath. Then rub lavender seeds on pillow and take a boring book, suggest reading, A-z of Great britain and Northern Ireland. Eventually you will get tired and will fall asleep. relaxing music sometimes helps. Try Danny Elfman's poor edward epic suite.
