From Sept, I've had trouble sleeping. Lately it has gotten worse, I've slept 2-6 hours daily, 6 max if lucky, Ill stay up till 6 - 8am, and wont feel tired when I wake up through out the day, and it'll repeat. I've tried sleeping pills, cold pills, anything that used to make drowsy.. but nothing helps. I have to force myself to get to sleep, I just laid in bed for 2hrs just so I'd fall asleep.. seriously 2 hrs just there. I dont know but I am sick of it of being up all the time. Anyone have this problem? any suggestions? (I dont want to go the doc)
if your not feeling ill from staying awake,, leave it be.. Taking drugs isnt going to help.. As far as other suggestion that will likely be replied(take some xanax) blah blah..this only fools the brain and not the body or the setting. It might be dangerous to pass out on a sun bed - only cause now youve found them to be a recreational enhancement after becoming addicted to them for sleep... My suggestion would be to limit caffeine during the day, try and exercise, self pleasure, warm milk-warming it releases natural amino acids. Sleepy time tea with warm milk and crackers, warm bed, no distractions, dark room as possible .. I normally would stay awake little longer, but my brain knows I work so a nap is due- I can feel my eyes wanting to rest.. I may only sleep 2/3hrs though its the slow season so Im basically not very busy at all now..
In my opinion OTC sleeping aids are not a great solution for insomnia. Giving up caffeine completely, gentle yoga an hour before bed and a large cup of chamomile tea with raw kava root did the trick for me. I hope you feel better and get some rest soon.
is that around the time you got the implants?...maybe the 2 are connected...and i am not making a boob joke...seriously...i couldnt sleep with those in me as beautiful as they are
No, 2 months before that ^ I dont drink any coffee products, tried tea.. and milk doesnt sit well. I hope its stress.. but it sure is messing up my time. I've give some of those a try.
