Okay, so maybe basically an “science question” related to perhaps age? Reason I’m asking is because my birthday is March 24 and I’ll be turning 35 years old now!! What age is typically considered “peak age” for most individuals? Or what age is considered your “body’s climax”? Or “prime of life” so to speak?

I know when you start turning like 60s or older, that’s when your body starts “declining” or “you get weaker in your age”??

So basically, my birthday question I guess would be now that I’m 35 years old; Is this considered “peak age” for people?? Or maybe is it younger than 35? Or Older than 35???

Depends on diet, activity level, DNA, air quality, water quality, hygiene, knowledge, and making smart decisions.

Statistically, you're probably past your peak physical health. That said, past peak does not necessarily mean bad health. Also, how well you take care of your body makes a huge difference. If you're 60 and totally buffed, you're probably going to be in better shape than someone who is 20 but who sits on their ass all day and eats junk food.
