Something I read. Just wondering. I wanna consume less alcohol anyway. This would be a good chance. I don't care too much for other dairy, but I love milk. So I'm thinking..
dairy is gross and alcohol is a solvent. if you care about your health and want to live long I would suggest not consuming either.
doable, but no dairy is a bit obnoxious to maintain. a lot of things have milk used in their production, milk solids, etc. means no chocolate yo. nor bread, since all breads ive seen have milk in em
meh, i probably go 2 months between each time i eat dairy anyway, so that would be easy. alcohol depends on timing; sometimes i go over a month without drinking, other times i drink 25 days out of a month... but i suppose if i had to it wouldn't be too hard to give it up for a couple months
I couldn't care less about chocolate. Bread is also doable. Unless you're eating some good borsch or selyanka. Red soups, y'know. Then it's pretty necessary. But how often do I eat those anyway..
i don't give half a shit about chocolate either, but i don't know how i could make it any substantial amount of time without bread
I could give up beer pretty easy, but milk.. don't know about that one. I drink a gallon or two a week.
i don't eat much bread, anyway. but i have to have cream in my coffee, not creamer. can't deal with the soy. me and my girls aren't able to eat a lot of things because soy makes our stomachs turn into nuclear bombs. just throw out anything in your pantry and fridge that didn't grow naturally out of the ground, off a tree or wasn't eating things that grew naturally out of the ground or off a tree.
I'm a sucker for grilled cheese sandwiches though. Cheap and easy to make and delicious. But living without bread (white bread especially) might turn out to be pretty good. It's a killer calorie-attack. I don't even buy bread when I go shopping. But if I'm eating out and waiting for my meal and then they bring you that basket with tons of different breads in it.. I usually devour that thing.
No offense, guys. But do you even know what's in your milk? If you are buying your milk from a super market I feel really, really bad for you.
the things i've happily placed in my mouth would likely give you a fit of the vapors. we know. we don't care.:cheers2:
