    very slowly.

    1 dollar = 1.29 euros

I remember buying ..either 135 or 140 euros for 195 dollars dec. 26 for my trip.

now 195 dollars would buy 150 euros.

I have been checking every few days and it seems to be gaining a few euro cents each time I check. though the pound is still strong it seems.

Well thats good but again I fear US money is based on nothing right now so thats freaky, well other than global demand and hell the rest of the world might be buying it currency as a collecters item. You ask why they would collect it? What if its not there to have anymore? Lots of lost countries currencies are sought out for collections.

Two countries from the former Eastern Bloc recently joined the EU, though they have yet to adopt the Euro, it makes the European economy include a few states that have a lower economic performance. Based on my limited knowledge of economics, I would even expect the Euro to slide lower in the coming days (on the other hand I could be 100% wrong).
