That's what you think. I just got done looking at pictures of where they hit. They hit the airplane hangars and barracks dead center. The only reason US troops were not hit is because the prime minister of Iraq forewarned them and they got out of the way.

Russia Today had a story about a statement made by an Iranian official concerning the military commander who was responsible for the missile battery which fired the projectile which hit the Ukrainian passenger aero-plane. The Iranian official pointed out that his government has arrested the man and was currently holding him in jail, pending prosecution under their laws. That makes sense; after all, the incident took place in Iranian air-space. Additionally, the Iranian official pointed out that Iran has arrested and jailed the man suspected of culpability, while the American commander who shot down an Iranian plane, killing all 290 civilian passengers, was awarded a medal. William C Rogers III was awarded The Legion Of Merit medal for exceptionally meritorious conduct for killing 290 Iranian civilians.
