Use condoms to prevent STD's and pregnancy

Is it worth using a condom when God will judge you on judgment day and bans you to hell for that?
In my opinion, I rather die of an STD than spend the rest of eternity in hell.
God forbids condoms. It is unnatural.

Moral of this story: Do not use a condom if you do not want to end up in hell.

Why does God forbid it, because sex should be strictly used for conception? In your eyes should sex be enjoyable or only a means to produces babies? If you recieve enjoyment from sex it serves a purpose other than conception. If you are having sex not with the potential child in mind are you sinning?

 

You ask a lot of questions and I will try to answer them as true as possible.
Sex should only be used for conception. That is the purpose of sex. Our society perverted sex into something that should be enjoyable. This is a sin, if not the biggest sin of all.

We are not mere animals, we are humans. God gave us a brain which we can use wisely. This also gives us the responsibility to act according to His word.

 

So it is only our society that has perverted the image of sex? According to His word sex should not be enjoyable? Isnt sex a gift that God has given for a man and woman to share when they are joined in marriage? Does that conflict with the image of sex that you believe to be true?

 

In marriage, multiple childs can and have to be concieved through the act of sex. This is where sex comes into society.

Other than that, sex may never be used for a fun activity. This is a great sin. The human body is not created to have sex other than to reproduce.
There are many other things one can do for fun. For example one could read a book or take on the challenging activity of sailing.

 

Two more questions.
Why were contraceptives never mentioned in the bible, they were used before the time that Jesus lived?

Why is the using of contraception automatically a mortal sin? What proof is there that the use of condoms could not be a venial sin that would be resolved in purgatory?

I do not know everything nor do I pretend so. I do know that it is against His will to use condoms. All I do is follow His way so I will spend eternity in heaven away from all the sinners on this Earth.

Just go ahead, use condoms. I will pray for you even though you might be beyond saviour.

I personally feel it is very important to question church doctrine and law, as it may conflict with was originally intended my Him. Throughout its history it has has had many faults ie nepotism, children's crusade, current problems, as I am sure you are aware. Where specifically in the bible does it say that sex should not be enjoyed when practiced in the union of marriage between a man and a woman?

At this time dosent the Catholic (I am unsure of your denomination) Church say that engaging in intercourse at time when a woman may be less fertile is the only accepted method of contraception. Wouldnt that imply that there could be another purpose for sex?

I did enjoy this conversation with you. My apologies if I have insulted you in any way. I am very interested in questioning life and what may just or unjust. I am at a stage in my life where I feel the need to. Jesus put forth beliefs that questioned many different aspects of life, as I am sure are aware.
