has any one heard there whole cd and is it anygood..i figured with scott wayland and slash that is should be alright...ive only heard like 2 of there songs so i was wandering if there stuff is kinda heavy or what...
no fuckin way there is something better than guns n roses were... he he he velvet revolver is not bad but... could be better
Contraband was an okay album. Most people assume that there's no good music being made nowadays, and that Velvet Revolver is the only good band, but that's wrong. Look into the artists signed by Matador Records. Good stuff. Want to know something cool? Duff McKagan (bassist for Guns N Roses and Velvet Revolver) is the brother to my band teacher in middle school. I'm in high school now though, so he's not me teacher anymore. Of course, I don't really like Duff, because he uses a pick. Bass players that use picks annoy me.
I love Velvet Revolver...I actually just saw their show last Monday, which was amazing...Their CD is really good, I would definatly recomend buying it...
i'm not going to start on GnR, the band i hate more than anyone else. only reason i like VR is because of scott weiland and stone temple pilots.
