really cool progression photos and journal entries about the times changing. she even gets married in the middle of her dread journal, with very cool wedding pics.

that is pretty interesting. I don't think she got a real dread perm though... probably just backcombing, since dread perms are just like spirals of hair held together with shit... though she did have VERY thick curly hair so I guess anything is possible.

any dread perm i've seen was backcombed, then perm solution added...? it was still a dread. just very damaged.

i liked that, it shows perfectly how dreads change over time, kinda gave me positive thoughts since mine are getting more and more loose every day now at ~4 months.
