eh its ok, but honestly I think it is just sugar water, I have read it isnt that healthy for you. and I would rather drink my tea. and if I had to powerade zero.
I'm still unsure as to why I should buy that water to get vitamins that I didn't need 2 years ago before that water came out.
I take my vitamins with a glass of water, so that counts right? Because otherwise, I have not actually tried vitamin water.

I take berocca. Same deal as imaginery being maybe. Drop it in, it disolves, you drink it. My women health magazine tested a whole bunch of products and vitamin water was the worst for you.
So formula 50 flavor vitamin water really wont make me as big as 50 cent. lol jk I do like the energy one anyways tho. especially on a hot day and I dont drink energy drinks either so its a good supplement if Im tired or somethin. other than that not really interested in them.
The problem with "Vitamin Water" is that it is promoted as a healthy alternative (ie: vitmains and water are both good for you) but in reality has nearly as much glucose or aspartame as most soft drinks. Its very skeezy.
Everything that people say is good for you will turn out to be bad for you if you research it enough.
You don't have to research this. You just have to look on the ingredients on the bottle. If I dissolved a vitamin in a glass of Cocacola and called it a health product, you'd probably call me an asshole.
no, it's DEFINITELY a better alternative to soft drinks. besides not tearing up your stomach it also has a LOT less sugar and calories. (140 cal for a CAN of coke w/ 39-44 grams of sugar, 150 cal for a BOTTLE of v-water w/ 39 grams of sugar) i don't drink it because i think its "healthy", i drink it because i can't find any snapple and i don't want to drink soda. the "focus" (strawberry kiwi) is my favfavfav
