Because their policies encourage people to buy more guns. Obama is the best gun salesman this country has ever seen. http://www.bizpacreview.com/2014/02...-as-industry-sales-continue-to-explode-102184 I made decent money in the stock market with the investment of a firearm company thanks to the Democrat party. More people are armed thanks to the democrat party. Go democrats go!
I doubt that more people are armed, it seems more likely that the people already armed just own more guns now.
considering I dont agree with both parties policies to increase big government, Im not going to give them power by giving them my vote (acceptance)
doesn't matter who's in power...gun sales would have gone up just a much with a fuckin gop-donkey in there......
I think it has more to do with the NRA and othe pro gun rights organization, they do a great job making some think the democrats want to take all your rights away.
I pity american democracy. And no, this does not mean ours is perfect but it at least resembles a democracy
I can't see myself voting again period. What... I'm gonna vote for a republican? Has never happened-will never happen. Or what... I'm gonna vote for a democrat? That will never happen again. So...someone else? And waste my time? No thanks.
So I know this was talked about on here awhile ago but what if all people who think "screw either party and voting in general, nothing will change" would vote on a third party? Wouldn't it at least give off a great message if nothing else?
If everyone who talked about doing that would go out and do it the same year, yes. But this has been talked about forever and hasn't happened yet. If it ever did happen, yes. But if it's a half-assed effort by not enough people, it just swings the vote towards one party or another... and could be the worst outcome.
Yes, that's the smart part naturally. Most of them could organize and spread this idea easy now. As long as they don't believe other people won't do the same anyway they remain apathetic.
Well, yea, that's the thing and really why it wouldn't work. People can mobilize in this day and age with the internet and all... but getting everyone to not only mobilize but agree on which third party. Not likely.
Our third party is now the official opposition party... so I guess they're now the second party, haha.
