i hate it when people make you wait around and you hear no word from them so you're just waiting. and it seems like forever. it also sucks when they give details about picking YOU up to your friend and not you.... weird.....
well, i guess you shouldn't wait around anymore for that person. they are probally not worth it anyway
i am a pacer too. i become very weird when i am waiting around. i do strange things.... but nothing settles my anxiety.
it's incredibly disresptectful to make people wait for you. you're just trying to control someone, how they spend their time, and saying "you're not worthy of punctuality." my father is notorious for making people wait around. he's also a control freak. nothing pleases him more that saying "oh, i forgot about you. how long did you wait?" i won't wait for someone. if they don't show up at the appointed time and have a history or not showing up when they're supposed to, i'll leave. i'll change my plans. you can only tell someone so many times that their inability to be on time is pissing you off. after that, it's time for passive aggressive strategies. nothing better than some disrespectful asshole showing up long past the appointed time, thinking you're going to be waiting and you're not there.
so true. NOTHING annoys me more than when I arragne to meet up with someone at a set time and they turn up 15 mins later. One of my friends is ALWAYS doing this to me and she KNOWS how much it pisses me off. People HAVE to be punctual when they meet up with me unless they have a damm good reason not to be. I'm gonna do that too, KC, just fuck off from now on if people don't rock up on time.
when i wait i get impatient and shake my foot. my hubby says it makes me look like a crackhead HAHA**people used to annoy the hell outta me all the time by picking me up late, so i decided i drive for now on....................
