Don't make me bring back the best signature ever... mine when it featured your guitar! I had to take it down, because it kept interfereing with so many threads, but I think you'll be seeing it again. :)

    OoOoOoOoO.... they are so pretty.

hehe, woops, sorry I'm drooling. ;)

i don't think it's really about this though, although i understand your observation and agree their is some type of pattern on the surface. but, like i said i truly feel this only on the surface.

we're approaching the Age of Aquarius where progression will now be the theme for the human race. The cultures have been layed out there over history, now it's time to choose....people always think they can do better but the pursuit has changed so much into the destructive ways of the superficial path. i truly don't doubt and have faith things will and can change...and hippiedom is the key....always been there throughout history, peaked largely in the 60s, has been supressed, but WILL come again, this time for good i hope. Once a hippie, it can be understood. all the ones putting down hippiedom just do not understand.....of course they can, as for if they will who knows. hippiedom is about progression and about rescuing the race from the path of ignorant extinction.

higher spiritual plane is a simple concept. the bickerings are so strange to me to hear or read on this site, but admit rather amusing...actually fuckin hilarious (at who's expense i think is pretty obvious) because it's only a simple show of large minds and the little ones. the little minds THINK so hard but dont understand it's not about how hard you think or how hard you live, it's HOW you think & this comes from HOW you live. The Energy is complex but simple to understand.

hippiedom is no doubt just an expansion of not just the mind, but of all of life. just as life has expanded from bacteria, from dinosaurs, from apes....it's really a simple concept & is startling how many people don't grasp it. As Shameless said earlier, it is a Cancer, literally

    :)

haha... I like how I totally ignore all discussion of philosophy/meaningful conversation in this thread, and simply use it as a vehicle to wonder about a postcard with derogatory connotations involving "pee."

I'd like to have a Rickenbacker, but unfortunately, they're not cheap.

Actually... they aren't that bad as far as price goes as they hold their value. I'm looking into either a Martin D-12-28 or a Taylor 355ce for acoustic 12s... thinking about selling my les paul and maybe my telecaster and getting a 360 Ric 12 string... I'd love to find a 370 Roger McGuinn signature.

Being self-employed kicks so much ass that it's off of the scale. :D

Larry got me an Epiphone (Gibson) for my birthday...
He has a 1954 (?) Electric Gibson that belonged to his uncle. He's not here so I can't ask him about the year but I know its mid-50's.
He's put some kind of fancy pickups on it.

There is nothing like the sound of a Gibson..so rich and full.
He's rebuilding an old amp and god I love the distortion, especially when he's playing a song that has his harmonica in it too.
Nothing like some good old low down dirty blues.

That sounds great. Nothing better than an electric guitar coupled with a mouth harp. It's beautiful. I was thinking I might try to teach myself the harmonica, if I can.

Heh, we're talking about shameless here... so no, I'd say that was no joke. :p

    Hehe, all right! [IMG][IMG]
