LONDON (CP) - Eighteen passengers from Canada were among more than 300 people on board a luxury cruise liner Saturday when pirates fired a rocket-propelled grenade and machine-guns off the coast of the east African country of Somalia, Dan McTeague, the parliamentary secretary for Canadians abroad said Saturday.



The above is just one of many situations where modern day Pirate's are in the news.

Me too. I would love to be a pirate. I have a canoe, it is a good start, I can paddle up to a little larger boat, take it over, and then work my way up from there. I do see problems with mounting the canon on the front of the canoe though.

 

Indondia is the piracy capital of the world. I've thought about getting enough cash for a boat and stealing some weapons a lot.

Pirate was my childhood dream. Maybe joining some other pirates and mutinering wouldbe better. Either way I'm down.:H
