*sigh* goddamnit, i tried to start a discussion about my new hobby and i end up with card games and stupid bullshit.

well if anybody cares i have a 640 point tau army and my local hobby shop is closing.

I love a good game of cards, but only poker games. I have no idea what heman 40k is or whatever this post is about.

Anyone who knows poker - knows that the game 5 penny, is KING. There is no other poker game quite like it. They really should change the World Series of Poker to 5 penny - so many more elements involved, except the tournament would probably last 4 months.

anyway back in 7th grade i knew someone who played.

 

Buy a book and learn about the game 5 Penny. You need four players at least to make it worth it - but it is the ultimate last man standing poker game.

 

My husband has a Tau army on warhammer. He used to play a lot when he worked at a gaming store. Once in a while he'll paint his figures and whatnot. He's trying to get me into it, and it sounds really neat. Maybe one day we'll have our own little table to map out some good fights.
