Way to fuckin' close

Holy fuck... I just avoided the biggest thing that ever could have happened to me...

I have a spare second period and so does my other buddy. We went to the skatepark to wait for our other friend to show up. We sat in the jungle gym because it was in the shade and it's so fuckin' hot.

All of a sudden I look over to the skatepark and I see two guys with fuckin' badges walking over. They were plain clohtes officers. I was freakin' out inside my head. We weren't even smoking anything, they were just goin' around tryin' to bust kids.

One guy goes "how you guys doin' today" and we both said "good". He asked us why we were sitting there and we said we had a spare. They both started asking us if we were smoking anything.

We both said no (we really weren't). So the one cop says "so if I look through your bag I'm not gonna find anything right?". I was in shock. I had and ounce on me. 4 bags with a quarter in them and the weed was all in spliffs and grams. I was supposed to give 4 kids a bag each at lunch because they sell at the school.

I didn't know what to do. I said "no you wouldn't". He said "so can I take a look?". I said "no you can't sir". He gave me a look and said "well why not?" I said "well I don't let anybody go through my bag". He said "usually when someone doesn't have something they'll let us go ahead and check".

I told him again that he wasn't looking through my bag. My friend was sitting there all quiet and the cop goes "so why isn't your friend nervous" and I said "well your not askin' to search him are you?" they both looked dumbfounded because they realized I was right.

He said "We see a lot of kids smokin' pot around here" and I said "do you smell any dope man?" He said "no, I don't but we aren't saying your smoking anything" and I said "well then why did you ask if I had a grinder or pipe in my bag, and yes you did ask if we were smoking anything". He started getting really pissed because I kept proving him wrong.

The other cop says "well I could just be a prick and take you into the school, they can search you there".

I didn't even know what to do at this point. I said "well they aren't gonna find anything anyway, your wasting your time. Your only fucking talking to us because of the way I look, if I was wearing some striped faggot shirt you wouldn't be talking to us. How about you go ask those fuckin' kids over there. Look how young they are, what the hell do you think they're doing? Certainly not studying in class".

They said "were not searching you because of the way you look, we searching you because this is an area were we've caught kids smoking before".

He said one final time "can I search your bag? You can even just show me whats in it". I said "no".

They finally gave up because they were trying to crack me. They said "okay, well you guys have a nice day" and they left.

They just abrubtly ended the conversation and left us.

As soon as they went to talk to the other kids I was like "lets get the fuck out of here". We both went to his house and told our other buddy to go there instead of the park.

It was so fucked up, I could have gone to fuckin' jail. I can't believe they threatened to take me to the school if I didn't let them search me but then they didn't even take me to the school. This was so fucked.

After me and my friends jammed I just went home. Fuck school for today, they're gonna be watching me like a hawk now.

This shit only happens to me. The funny thing I stopped selling weed. I was only doing this as a favour to my friends and I almost got fucked for it.

Now something even worse just happened.

I just looked at my phone and my friend sent me a message saying "yo theres an assembly going on, the cops are here and are saying the found two kids at the skatepark, someone got busted with a half quad in seperate bags and it was your pot".

This happens in the first week every fucking year, someone always gets busted. This time it was someone who I give weed to sell.

So now I'm completely fucked. I don't know what to do.

 

Well at least one good thing happened.... My friend managed to sell a half quad.

Fuck, like I'm goin' to jail. There gonna do fingerprints on those bags and then come to my house and fingerprint me. I'm done, this is fucked.

it just really seems crazy to me that they'd fingerprint a small bag like that and then that they would just immediately link it to you.

i guess the best bet would be to just hide any shit that you have on you(bowls, scales, baggies, etc) so if it did come back to you they wouldnt get anything else and im sure you have clean urine since you havent been smoking

You don't have a second period. Apparently the school lets you leave campus. You head to a park known for drug use while probably wearing clothes indicative of drug use. You are at that park with intent to distribute. Cops come and want to search you or let the school search you (not sure of Canada laws when it comes to search and seizure). You mouth off a bit but are smart enough to resist a search. Now someone you gave a quarter to was caught with it (is he being charged with intent to distribute?) and it might go back to you. Fingerprints are unlikely so unless your name slips out, you'll be fine.

Here's some constructive criticism. Don't distribute drugs on public property. Don't distribute to people that would consider working with the prosecutor for reduced charges.

The cops are gonna mention my name to the school, and then the school will see that I didnt go to my afternoon classes, and they'll put it together that I must have been hiding from someone or something.

The same cops who talked to me busted my friend. My other friends who I gave weed to also got the fuck out of school once they heard there was gonna be a drug assembly.

well as long as the kids arent rats i think you should be fine...i see it highly unlikely that they would fingerprint a small bag of weed, atleast around here they wouldnt but i guess things could be different in canada

if the cops do mention your name to your school and they talk to you i think the most that they would do is piss test you for drug use in which case you'll come up clean then you can just go take a shit in front of the police station

No I wasn't, I was waiting for my buddy to show up so we could go to our friends house and jam....

He's definitely getting charged. He won't rat me out because he knows if he does that the person I get the dope from will kill him.

I just don't want the cops to remember that they tried to bust some kids but they wouldnt let them search their bags. They'd question me probably.

They'll find K and coke though. Actually I haven't done that stuff in a bit so I'll probably be clean.

 

They're probably not going to fingerprint the bags and even if they do what does it mean-you touched them. You were looking at them. They are probably not going to get a good print off of a crumpled plastic bag. Just as long as your friend doesnt' say anything.

You handled the cops well-you showed respect but held your ground.

Be careful-I always consider it a matter of chance that one will get caught. You've been pushing your luck

 

haha well i didnt think about those but really they dont have anything on you besides the fact that you skipped and you legally refused a search. the only way i can see them getting anything on you is if they fingerprint the bag which just seems absurd or if a friend rats in which case you'll just have to kick someones ass haha

I have to say CC you are a cool customer. Good thing you kept your head. Now, keep doing so. I would not worry to much about the cops. It was just a bunch of things that happened to close to you. Yes, you are right there is a bunch of things that are going on around you that if they were put together would create some kind of circumstantial evidence but you also have to keep in mind that only you know about all of those items and again it circumstantial. Yes, they might be able to get some kind of print off of the baggies but it it was kept in someones pocket or handled at all then you don't have anything to worry about.
