Here's my question: I see people take pictures with their webcam. Do all webcams do this? If not how can you tell which ones do and which ones don't? Sorry if it's stupid. I am not technologically inclined.
yes they all do, though some have better images then others. my camcorder can become a web cam and takes snaps its all in the programs that come with the camers.
No not all webcams, some work as can openers and others work as spark plugs. What else do you think a web camera does
