um.............. yeah i love to work out when im high, i feel so energetic after i smoke ya know? like i just want to run for miles? i hate sitting in one spot when im stoned. kiddddding.
weightliftings kinda dumb anyways, but i used to go running with a freind alot & 1/2 wayythru we'd stop for a smoke break..& weed would lower your bodytemp somewhat & give ya more stamina so it is usefull for that..but yea i also like to smoke & just do nuthin..
i used to blaze up before i would go to the YMCA and work out.... but i used to blaze before most everything
Im way to lazy to lift weights when im blazed. When im sober i just curl a 20 pound dumbell when im bored.
Nah man getting high and lifting weights is stupid. I did it once and lifted a 10 pound dumbell 3 times and thought my arm was going to fall off. However, pumping some iron THEN smoking some herb is one of the best things there is.
I like to smoke after and before lifting... I get a real feel for my muscles... also like stretching and flexing
I've done it, made me feel a lot stronger. I was more relaxed, and it seemed to help me do more reps. Probably some psychological shit, but it worked. I've done it maybe half a dozen times, though it screws up the high, but it's interesting. SNB
i smoked before i went to the gym yesterday, i cant say it made my work out any better tho. I just couldent wait until the end of my work out 2 blaze
Ah-nold schwartenwahatever (Goh-vernator) stated it was a great way to work out, it relaxes the muscles for reaction or some shit. I kid you not he stated in the same interview that you can only get so big without steroids and that all professionals use them for volume, and he said someshit about smoking first made it better......
yeah it definitely helps me concentrate, but i mean real weightlifting though....not some pussy workout with cardio and happy thoughts, but balls to the wall high weight low rep intensity type of stuff. It burns so good, just wondering if yall had any experience. Because i seriously doubted any of you turds knew what a gym was
there is nothing better then burning a fat boy and lifting weights. looking at the replys here, its not for everyone. looks like theres a lot-o-lazy cigarette smokers here. its like we use to say in the marines, skippin rope and smokin dope.

no, i don't smoke before i train with weights. it doesn't do anything positive for me. i've done it, and it sucks.
