Has anyone ever been high and started thinking about god? I have. I have broken down and started crying and praying to god while high twice. Its like when im high I realize there is no way there couldnt be a god its like I understand god better and what he is here for. Anyone else know what I mean?

Yeah but the feeling comes and goes. I mean, sometimes the love you can feel become like unbearable to our bravado thick skin and it just breaks us down. a good breakdown every once in a while i good, cleans you out you know

    Keep thinkin about it :)

There are ways there couldn't be a god... truth is that we don't know either way, and truth is following any train of unprovable thought solely leads to the acceptance of unprovable thought as truth.. accepting something that can't be proven as true is to accept ignorance.

Weed is what me believe in god again, but not in the same way.......
God is just something that is bigger than us (like the world).
When I'm high I do feel the love. Love is what it's all about.

But you realize a lot of things when high. It's hard to distinguish between fact and just speculation.
But I do know there is something bigger out there.

What makes you believe you are correct in assuming there is a god? It is an assumption, ya know... with a clear and open mind you can truly see it to be the theory that it is... the absolute following of which is unjustifiable.

You may be right, or wrong... in that how can you rest on either, let alone set your entire life on a maybe?

If anything, marijuana should help ya think about all that :)

He has the right to his own beliefs. Where did he mention he was setting his whole life on the existence of God???

i have found that when i get high i get particularly in touch with my own spirituality and with my connection to everyone and everything. it is a lot like a light dose of lsd for me now, really - that's why i don't smoke as much weed as i used to, it's really intense. but i think everyone has his or her own unique sense of spirituality. if god works for you, then you pray to god. i sometimes call it GOD, sometimes OM, sometimes love, or unity... but it's the same, and it's universal for those who are in touch.

I keep an open mind. Nobody knows for sure if there is even a "god" out there. I, however, feel that there is some sort of higher power out there. Everything is just too complex to dismiss the notion of a higher power.

I've thought of a possible god while high a few times. I mostly think "there must be a god if something this good is on earth." Too bad certain moronic humans outlawed God's gifts to us. But fortunately for us potheads, we just ignore the laws :)

i cant say its happened when i was stoned, however, when i was tripping balls on some dank shrooms while listening to a brilliant song i actually saw and felt light come thru the heavans and touch me and come into and it felt like 1000x better than ecstasy. i was like whhhhhat the fuckkkkkk. it lasted only a brief time but it felt like forever. but i didnt see god or any being it was an entity entirely made of light. crazy shit. one.

one of my favourite things about weed is its spiritual attributes. its part of my daily practice--to keep me connected to a "higher" power....it helps me feel closer to the holy spirit, the all.

to me the singular inspiration for creation or "God" is nameless. Its the creator, and I am small. I don't think that a greater consciousness wants us to feel bad, so I don't worship it directly. I feel too small and insignificant, and so I worship a "lesser" pair. I think the creator understands. I do, so the creator must.

Anyone can of course do as they please at any moment...

But believing in a God does require more than just a belief... its a reason to do/not do certain things - a lifestyle... if only subtle, perhaps not.

The best way to approach the various god theories is to not put any faith in any of them, acknowledge that we don't know, and it doesn't matter either way... all we must do is seek to be the absolute best people we may be, while aiding in other's journey to a similar end. God or no god, we are all for the better in that situation, and god would still be satisfied... BUT, believing in a specific controlling power confuses things... it opens the door to right and wrong, it opens the door to power over fellow man, it opens the door to mislead conclusions of his will.

Of course anyone may believe as they wish... but I think the final logical conclusion must be that we don't know, we may never know, and our time here is best spent living in and allowing for the most positive of existences... such a way of life is a true path to spreading happiness, and no matter the theory we are all better for it in the end - god or no god :)

Plenty of people know that God exists; It is a state of knowing, rather than a state of believing; There is a big difference between the two.

    Anyway.

When I am high, it feels as though that the mind, body, and spirit are seperate from each other; It's great.

There is something about weed that makes you see things so clearly, which is why I am annoyed when people try to turn it into some kind of delusional state brought on by a mere substance.

So did I. It's amazing, because I used to be so afraid of dying.
