I live in the ACT in Australia, it is the only state there that weed has been decriminalized, you can carry on you up to 26grams and not face charges. You can also keep 2 plants on your property as long as they are out of site. I have been caught with buds on me any nothing happend i even got to keep my weed, all the cops here are layback about weed if its just a small amout half of them woulda toked up in school any way there has been weed in Canberra since the city was first bulit. Would every thing be different if marijuana was decriminalized in every country?
Thats hella cool. In NY it is decriminalized- meaning there is no criminal charges against you so long as you arent in posession of more than an OZ I believe. I'm sure they will still take you're weed, and sometimes they will just let you go, sometimes the asshole cops will give you a civil citation (again, not a criminal charge- about as serious as a parking ticket). You may have to pay up to 100$ fine, but I have a couple friends who just got their weed taken from them and they went on their way. I know its not really fully decriminalized, but for the states, NY is definitely one of the chillest places on weed laws.
When I went back through the Denver airport yesturday I had bud in me shoe. They were doing random checks and it just so happened that I was one of the ones checked. The found it on me and just sent me on my way. Even let me keep the bud!
I feel super lucky Haha. However I smoked it all last night. 8 days without the green calls for a big celebration at the end
