    Hey guys! I've been a vegetarian for like, 4 years now, but I'm really thin and I'm starting to be unhappy about it and I'm getting really low self esteem about looking this way. I love being a vegetarian though! Anyone have any advice on the matter? Any recipes? Help?

    Thanks! :peace::willy_nilly:

    Eat lots of carbs such as pizza, pasta, potatoes, bread and rice. Add lots of cheese (assuming you're not a vegan). You'll soon pile on the pounds!

    If you eat dairy. Here is a simple recipe for cottage cheese (paneer) to gain weight:

    3 parts of whole milk
    1 part of yoghurt

    Bring the milk to a boil and the pour in the youghurt and watch the magic being performed. The process is finished when you have milk curds and a clear whey. Sift the curds from the whey and let it dry for 1-2 hours. When the cheese has become firm, cut it into cubes and deepfry the cubes over medium/low heat in vegetable oil or ghee. Remember always to stir the cubes since they become sticky when they start to deepfry. When the cubes become golden take them out of the oil/ghee and put them in a bowl of spicy water or milk and let them soak. You can also put the cubes directly into a vegetable dish.

    The whey can be used for cooking rice or used as you would with ordinary water.

    Remember: Milk is healthy in small amounts, but it is one of the biggest contributers to food intolerance so modesty is recommended. In any case it is very fatty.

    1 liter of milk and 1/3 liter of yoghurt yield around 300g paneer.

    My sister is vegetarian too but she's not that thin. Actually I find her very sexy and very much fit. Even she's a vegetarian, she still eats pasta and eat more carbs to maintain her figure. Now, I envy her gorgeous body.
