weight issues

    Are there any good healthy recipes that are either vegetarian or healthy fish, chkn meals that anyone knows of w/o peanuts in them. I have gained 20 lbs . and i want to lose it badly. lately i have been having terrible medical problems that have been causing me not to eat right, and i walk all the time and drink but the calorie in take just isn't enough. Is there any good sites for healthy eating that anyone knows of?

    i dont know of any recipes but you can try wu long tea, it helped me to loose quite a few pounds fast, try it its 100% vegan.

    wu long aka. oolong tea is a good tasting tea, and tea is high in antioxidants and other good things, but it is not some magical thing to make you lose weight. Maybe in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise program it helps, a little, but it is not the magical thing that will make weight come off.

    I've found in my weight-loss journey, things like tea made very little difference. It's all about changing your lifestyle, permanently, to a healthy one with a moderate and balanced diet and regular exercise. I drink a lot of tea, because I like it, but I don't think it's what made me lose any weight. The change in lifestyle has been the thing that made things change.
